If I am interested in something here, how do I buy it?
  • US customers:
    There are two ways you can purchase product here:
    Order online here, from this secure website. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
    Call us and purchase via phone. We also accept Certified Check and wire transfer on phone orders.
  • International Customers:
    We currently do not sell internationally.

    If I would like to try something I see here, how would I do that?
    We understand that sometimes you need to hear things in your own environment. To accomplish a demo, you need to call us or email us and make arrangements.

    Is everything in stock all the time?
    No, not everything is in stock all the time. We try our best to keep the units in stock, but sometimes just one sale early in the day before depletes our inventory and we cannot get the site adjusted as fast as we would like. So please understand if we back order an item. It likely will be a very short wait time of 2 weeks worst case.

    What about the Warranty and Service on items I purchase?
    We do have US warranty service on everything you see here. The warranty period is different for many items, so see the product page for the exact time period.
