M-Clock Plus is a high stability master clock generator offering clock rates between 44.1 and 192kHz. In addition to the internal clock source, the M-Clock Plus can distribute an external word clock source or extract the clock frequency from an AES11 (digital black) source. Two sample rate converters re-clock an input at any input sample rate within the M-Clock Plus’ range to the currently selected sample rate. This allows synchronization of inputs from a CD player, DAT or musical keyboard that may not be operating at the project sample rate. A numeric readout on the front panel displays the selected clock frequency in kHz to four decimal places, nominal frequency ±PPM deviation, or nominal frequency ±%. • Internal clock generator: 44.1, 48, 88.2, 96, 176.4 and 192kHz. ±1 PPM accuracy (AES Grade 1) • External clock inputs: BNC word clock, AES11 • Sample Rate Converter inputs are selectable AES/EBU (XLR), S/PDIF Coax (RCA) and S/PDIF optical (TOSLink).
